In the event you require emergency, non-planned treatment:
We have a limited number of reserved emergency appointments that only allocate on the same day of calling. We use a triage process to help identify whose needs are the most urgent, and have a right to prioritise registered customers.
To non-registered customers, sorry but you will not automatically become a registered customer once seen.
If there are no remaining emergencies when you call, we can offer advice. And if you are registered with another dentist or undergoing treatment, please contact them. See services for more details.
Should a tooth be knocked-out, please see the IADT advice and advice for children from the NHS here.
We are closed on public holidays and weekends.
Reception is typically closed for a lunch hour around noon on Fridays. Once a month, we close for two hours at lunchtimes for staff meetings.
At these times, a sign will be hung on the entrance door and the answer machine can take calls.
For emergencies outside our normal opening hours (including public holidays), please contact NHS 111 or call reception and follow the instructions stated on our answer machine.
