Alternatively, speak to us on your next visit to the practice and we can give you a paper feedback questionnaire after your appointment.
We never knowingly hide negative feedback and when necessary we will follow legal advise. (All NHS feedback is published to the NHS as per regulations). Unless otherwise disclosed on Google Reviews or you have consented we will not reveal personal names.
