Please note that we occasionally use a locum dentist or hygienist to cover leave and absence. Patients would be made aware of changes.
Dr Jillian Geaney
B.D.S, M Dent Sci, M.Sc. Med. Ed., Diploma in Implantology, FHEA (Dental surgeon).

Dr Jill Geaney has practiced general dentistry since 1989 (implantology since 2002) during which time she has owned NHS and private dental practices in the Wirral and Suffolk.
In 2024, she celebrates over 25 years practising in Stowmarket. Jill travels around the world as much as possible to teach implantology and occlusion, and is also a part-time clinical dental lecturer at NHS Barts, Queen Mary university, London.
Dr Kate Pearce
B.D.S., B.Sc. hons , PGCert ClinEdu (Associate Dentist).

Dr Kate Pearce has been a Dentist at Wedgwood house since 2014. She offers both private and NHS dental services.
As well as her clinical work, Kate has a passion for helping newly qualified Dentists and Dental Nurse Trainees further develop their practice.
Kate enjoys providing a calm and relaxing environment for all patients, particularly children, while promoting good oral hygiene from a young age.
Dr Vineela Lanka
B.D.S., M.Sc. (Dental Therapist).

Dr Vineela Lanka has been a dentist since 2013 (India) and in 2024, she obtained her master's degree in dental materials at Queen Mary University of London. In the UK she is registered as a Dental Therapist and Hygienist.
February 2025, Wedgwood House dental practice welcomes her to the team to support both our NHS and private customers.
Dr Salma Hassan
D.D.M. (Foundation Dentist).

Dr Salma Hassan graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine DDM from Plovdiv University in 2023, and joined Wedgwood House as a Foundation Dentist in September 2024.
Salma grew up in London, excited to now be in Stowmarket and looking forward to the change in scenery. Passionate about helping patients achieve healthy and confident smiles. During her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with family.
Dr Ghulam Waqas Ahmad
B.D.S. (Foundation Dentist).

Dr Ghulam Waqas Ahmad graduated from the University of Manchester in 2024 class of dentistry, living in Manchester for the past 5 years. Joins Wedgwood House as a Foundation Dentist in September 2024 and has enjoyed exploring what Suffolk has to offer.
Waqas likes to go to the gym. Is a big football fan, supporting Manchester united. Loves spending time with family and friends and trying out new bakeries.
He is also big on table tennis and used to compete in county and national competitions.
Mrs Gil Le Grys
Foundation Degree in Oral Health (Dental Hygienist), B.Sc.

Mrs Gil Le Grys qualified as a dental nurse at the Eastman Dental Hospital and went on to work for a leading London periodontist. Gil’s path to becoming a dental hygienist began in 2010, and she qualified with distinction at the University of Essex in 2012. She began working for a number of dentists in London’s Harley Street area, and was a finalist in the 2014 Dental Hygienist of the Year Awards.
A change of pace brought her to Suffolk in 2018, where she has since exercised her passion for prevention and education.
